D’Bo-what ? ? ?

The D’Boneuron Restaurant will be specializing in whole fish, hence
the name, D’Boneuron… Debone Your Own whole fish (if you’re having
fish that is). The restaurant will be open to the kitchen, so you may
sit at the island and chat while we slice and dice. There is as much
outdoor covered seating as there is indoor seating. The dining room
will be air conditioned for those still, hot summer days.
