Terms and Conditions

$150/person deposit payable within 7 days of reservation for written confirmation.  Full payment within 60 days prior to arrival date.  Rates quoted in US Dollars and do not include 19% local government tax

Cancellations

60-46 days prior to arrival date are refunded but subject to a $150/person penalty; 45-11 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable and subject to a $150/person penalty, however the balance less the penalty will be credited for future travel within 1 year from original confirmed arrival date, holidays excluded; and 10 or less days prior to arrival date receive no refund nor credit.  There is a $35.00 handling fee for cancellations at any time.

There is absolutely no smoking, candles, insect coils, etc., allowed in the guest rooms under any condition.  A cleaning charge of $200.00 will be added to the final billing if smoke is detected in a room.

Unused portions of land packages are not refundable for any reason including airline delays, cancellations, weather, or acts of God.   We STRONGLY recommend that you purchase travel insurance through an agent of your choice.

We prefer payment by wire transfer to our US or Honduras account, however, we are able to accept payment by credit card through PayPal.  There is a 3% USD fee or 3.9% international fee added to the invoice for payment via PayPal.  Once on property, we operate on a cash only basis.  Credit cards (PayPal) are unable to be accepted.  Contact us via email:  info@clearwaterparadise.com, or telephone:  Ginger – 011-504-9884-1593 or 3286-5656, or George – 011-504-9639-3096 or 3303-7444.

Once you let us know your preferred method of payment, you will receive the appropriate invoice from us or from PayPal.
