A sample menu might start with fresh sashimi, chilled beet soup, or fresh salad greens on homemade pickled beets topped with grated carrots and sliced almonds with an orange balsamic vinaigrette served with savory herb popovers, fresh grilled fish and pasta with a garlic anchovy caper sauce, and topped off with fresh lime soufflé for dessert.

Before you arrive at Clearwater Paradise, we ask you about your food likes, dislikes, and allergies, so we can create menus that will make your stay with us outstanding! We also ask about any celebrations before, during or after your stay with us. Ginger loves any excuse to bring out the crystal, china and silver for a special dinner!

And, of course, with all that activity you will be doing, you can’t skip breakfast! You will have anything from the standard pancakes or waffles to cheese stuffed egg crepes, George’s famous breakfast bowl chocked full of veggies, peanut butter banana stuffed French toast, or maybe even migas served with a side of refried beans and home fries. All served with juice and a starter of fruit. There is always plenty of fresh coffee on hand on the coffee bar along with a cookie jar full of homemade ginger snaps, chocolate chip, or other fresh-baked cookies.

So, leave the diet at home, and plan on having some good food on our breezy dining deck overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean! We promise, you won’t go home complaining that there just wasn’t anything good to eat on vacation or that you went home hungry.
