Travel dates and rates are not confirmed until a $200/person deposit is received. Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival date. All rate quotes are in US dollars and payment must be received in US dollars or Honduras Limpiras at current exchange rate. Rates do not include 19% tourists/government taxes.
Accepted forms of payment include: Cash, Check, Bank transfers, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo.
No smoking allowed. No candles, bug coils or any flames allowed in rooms. Illegal drug use is prohibited on resort property – including boats. Excessive farting highly discouraged.
90-46 days prior to arrival date, payments are refunded but subject to $150/person penalty. 45 days to arrival date, payments are nonrefundable and subject to a $150/person penalty. Unrefunded funds, minus $150 penalty, are credited up to 1 year for future stays.
Unused portions of resort packages are not refundable for any reason including airline delays, cancellations, weather, or acts of God. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance through an agent of your choice.
